“The tenants at our rent house notified me that the A/C system wasn’t cooling. Jordan had installed a sensor in the attic the day before that would shut off the compressor if the condensation pan was about to overflow as had happened the year before and damaged the walls in the room below. Since the compressor wasn’t running, I thought the problem might be related to the service call. I called Jordan, it was a Saturday. He was there within two hours and determined that a switch that turned on the compressor was faulty. He had a new switch, called a contactor, on the truck and replaced the bad one. He told me there was no charge. Richmond’s had just replaced our entire HVAC system earlier in the week and did a fantastic job. They will be our go-to guys for anything A/C in the future.”

“I used Richmond’s to install a completely new system. They were wonderful. Their prices were good, they were here on time and all the workers were nice and respectful of my home. They installed in April. I had a heat pump put on my system since I don’t have gas. Once I started to use the heat pump, they had to make an adjustment but they came out the same day…. they would have been there within the hour but I had to work. They worked around my schedule and took care of the minor issue that day. The owner actually came out with the technician to make sure all was good. He was very nice and just wanted to make sure I was good with the adjustment. They stand behind their work and really deliver on service.”

“Incomplete since we don’t know how long the unit will last. The technician reported the machine was in good working order, but cautioned like any machine it could go out tomorrow. The true test is efficiency which will be measured when the electric bill comes. I will leave the rating of 5 and the recommendation to yes since the survey lacks an incomplete rating, but you are welcome to ask me next month.”
